St Andrews Church Zurich - Summer Book Sale 2025

Hundreds of quality second hand English books for sale. Cakes, snacks, scones and refreshments will also be on sale. How to get there: St Andrew's Church Community Centre Promenadengasse 9 CH-8001 Zürich is situated near the centre of Zurich, just 2 minutes' walk from the Kunsthaus or 5 minutes walk from Zürich Stadelhofen railway station By Tram Take tram No. 3,5,9 or trolleybus No. 31 to Kunsthaus, then walk along Zeltweg and turn right up Wettingerwies to reach Promenadengasse, turn left, the Community Centre is on the right hand side of the street, just past Church House By rail/S-Bahn: Zürich Stadelhofen railway station is a 5 minute walk from the church. From platform 1 cross the pedestrian bridge over the rail line and then take the steps in front of you. Once on the road (Schanzengasse) follow it to the right, uphill to Villa Falkenstein, and then descend to take the first road on the left (Promenadengasse). Go past the French Church the Community Centre is on the left hand side of the street look for blue double doors. By car: Please note that parking is extremely limited, both at the community centre and surrounding streets. The closest public car park is Parkhaus Hohe Promenade (7 minutes walk away) the underground car park on the right side going up Rämistrasse towards the Kunsthaus.
